Spring Flotillas in the British Virgin Islands

The vacations will be 7 to 10 days on the boat(s). We usually travel 1-2 days before and return 1-2 days after the charter. We find we can cover the entire BVIs with ease over 10 days, where 7 days is a bit of a rush.

The dates will range between Dec - May. The actual dates for each trip will be confirmed after everyone's input. Please provide comments on your preferred dates.

Charter will include boat(s), skipper, all onboard meals except 3 to 4 evening ashore meals, moorage, cruising and local taxes, insurance, fuel, transfers in BVIs, dinghy motors, etc. We will try to negotiate and cover other costs such as hotel nights in BVIs, spinnaker, etc.

The final cost per person is expected to be approx $3000 (GST included) . Payments are broken into 3 amounts, $1000 deposit, $1000 60 days prior and balance 30 days prior.

If people are interested we may have one boat involved in scuba diving. Scuba diving off a charter boat will be an extra cost and everyone must be certified.

Crew must cover their own airfare (about $900- 1300), 3 to 4 evening meals, liquor and personal items. SSAL will attempt to get group airfare when the final crew list is complete.

After booking boats, we will have one to three get-togethers to finalize details and make trip plans before the final departure.



Our first BVI trip should be the end of January beginning of February.
The Second Trip should be the end of March beginning of April.
The Third trip should be the end of April beginning of May.
